One of the first things we saw at LZ Lambeau was the enormous map. My mom and I never see my dad cry, but when he saw Cu Chi on the map, he lost it. He started to cry, and then he started to talk. Everything came pouring out of him . . . it was the hardest thing I ever saw him go through, but also the most precious. I wouldn’t have missed it for the world. This man is my hero.
