1985 - Michael Feldman’s Whad’Ya Know? Launches

Whad’Ya Know?, which was created by Michael Feldman in 1985, is among the most successful programs in WPR history. At its peak, the live, two-hour program was heard by more than 1.5 million listeners each week on more than 300 stations. Feldman is credited to bringing a more approachable sound to public broadcasting.
