Wisconsin’s beloved (and legendary) Green Bay Packers were started in 1919, just two years after WPR successfully demonstrated voice and music broadcast. In June, WPR and the Green Bay Packers presented a special evening of Packers history and conversation hosted by WPR’s own broadcasting legend, Larry Meiller. Green Bay Packers President Mark Murphy and Official Team Historian Clif Christl were the guests.
