In the early 1960s I attended St. Micheal’s in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. It was a four-classroom building; two grades in one room with limited resources. Weekly, our teacher would tune in to WPR’s “Let’s sing, let’s make the rafters ring.” I have never been a good singer, but this was my introduction to music, which I now term and enjoy “sole carpool karaoke.”
Now at age 60, I love listening to WPR’s classical music. Thank you providing this!
